About Naomi Samantha Cramer
Naomi Samantha Cramer is a senior legal practitioner and published author admitted to the High Court of New Zealand in 1997, bringing nearly three decades of expertise to her specialization in family law litigation and forensic asset tracing.
Born in West Yorkshire, England, Naomi immigrated to New Zealand at age eight, having begun her early education at a private school in England where she developed a lifelong foundation in both music and equestrian pursuits. Her deep-rooted connection to her British heritage was established through years of piano lessons and intensive horse riding at Lee Ridge Riding School in Cottingley, where she also kept her own pony.
These formative years in Yorkshire continue to inform her current international research and the development of her specialized UK-based child maintenance resources. After moving to New Zealand, Naomi earned her law degree from the University of Auckland in 1996 and completed her professional bar examinations in 1997.
Today, as the principal of Cramer Law, she is a recognized authority on the Family Violence Act 2018 and child support frameworks. Outside of her professional practice, Naomi remains an accomplished keyboardist and pianist with a passion for singing, dance, and live theatre, and she continues to find inspiration in the ballet and her enduring love for horse riding.
